Pickathon Mural

Description

A multi layered painting featuring various elements from a favorite music festival in Portland, Oregon called Pickathon.  We have spent time at this festival since before our kids were born and my oldest is now starting high school. The music at the festival has been an important part of our yearly playlists but just as important are the people and creative atmosphere that we are immersed in year after year.

Depicted in the mural are musicians from The Sadies, Hot 8 Brass Band, Annalisa Tornfelt from Black Prairie, Sudan Archives, Ty Segall and Luckey the horse.
